Our Organizational Assessment is a one‑time, comprehensive 360‑degree evaluation of your practice. We examine the strategic, financial, and operational components of your organization to identify opportunities for growth, increased profitability, and long‑term sustainability. Following the assessment, you will receive 2–3 targeted, high‑impact recommendations designed to strengthen your practice and set your organization on a clear path toward improved performance.
Pricing: $4,000+/ Flat Fee
Healthcare Advisory Services
Our Healthcare Advisory Services are offered on an hourly basis with complete flexibility; no minimum or maximum time commitment required. Your consultant will provide strategic guidance, answer key questions within their area of expertise, and develop actionable frameworks to support effective implementation. When beneficial, multiple consultants within the Collective can collaborate to offer a multidisciplinary advisory approach. Advisory services may also be structured as a retainer for ongoing support and continuity.
Pricing: $125-200/Hour (based on each consultant)
Integrated Project Design & Delivery
Our Project Design and Management Services support healthcare start‑ups, one‑time initiatives, development of key materials, and the execution of strategic projects. This offering brings together all the consultants needed to successfully plan, design, and implement your project from start to finish. Services are billed monthly based on the project timeline, providing clarity, structure, and consistent support throughout the duration of your engagement.

Fractional Leadership & Interim Support
Our Fractional and Interim Services provide organizations with consistent leadership support without the long‑term financial commitment of hiring a full‑time executive. Clients rely on this service to access experienced fractional leaders who offer ongoing guidance, operational stability, and strategic oversight. This offering is also essential during leadership transitions, helping minimize performance gaps and maintain organizational continuity while permanent roles are being filled.
